When you build with BelCo, the things other builders list as upgrades are already part of your home. Our Signature Inclusions cover everything from site costs and approvals through to your kitchen appliances, tapware, flooring and solar. There are no hidden extras. Inclusions at a Glance
Preliminaries and approvals
Soil test, wind rating, site survey, full building design, colour consultation, certification, council and plumbing applications, plus QLeave and QBCC fees.
Structure
Engineered slab to H1 soil classification and a Truecore steel frame and trusses to N2 wind rating. Ground floor ceilings are 2590mm.
Energy efficiency
Anticon roof blanket, wall sisalation, R1.5 wall batts, R2.5 ceiling batts and ceiling fans throughout, all working towards a 7-star energy rating.
Roof and exterior
Colorbond Custom Orb roofing, PGH bricks from the Signature range, James Hardie Linea or Axon cladding and up to 50sqm of exposed aggregate driveway.
Doors and security
Newington entry door with a Yale Assure smart lock, a Steeline sectional garage door with motor and remotes, and Secureview and diamond grille screens.
Kitchen
Fisher & Paykel 900mm appliances and dishwasher, 20mm stone benchtops, Polytec cabinetry with soft-close drawers and Fienza sink and mixer.
Bathrooms and laundry
Fienza Kaya tapware in chrome or matte black, a Seima inset bath, rimless back-to-wall toilets, semi-frameless shower screens and full-width mirrors.
Tiling and flooring
600 x 600 rectified tiles, carpet with 10mm underlay, Godfrey Hurst vinyl plank flooring and block-out roller blinds.
Internal finishes
90mm cove cornice, bevelled skirting and architraves, Hume internal doors, Lockwood hardware and fitted robes with drawers and shelving.
Electrical and comfort
Daikin split system air conditioning to the living area and master bedroom, a 300L heat pump hot water system, LED downlights, USB power points and NBN-ready wiring.

Energy Efficiency
Every new BelCo home includes a Meridien Energy Home PowerStation. It combines 6.65kW of solar with a 14.4kWh battery and SolaX hybrid inverter, backed by a 5-year whole-of-system warranty.
